Introduction These Terms of Service apply to mheformula.com, operated by MHE Business LLC (“MHE”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site 2.1. mheformula.com sells wellness body and pillow mists (VitalZen), home fragrance sprays and activewear. 2.2. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. 2.3. You may not use the site for any illegal purpose or in any way that could harm MHE or third parties.
Products 3.1. We make every effort to display products accurately. Images are for illustration and colors, packaging or labels may differ slightly from the actual product. 3.2. Fragrance intensity and perception vary with room size, ventilation and personal sensitivity. 3.3. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Descriptions of how a product feels or helps you relax describe the experience of using it, not a medical effect. 3.4. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you to offer a refund, replacement or alternative.
Prices and payment 4.1. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Promotions and bonuses are available for a limited time. 4.2. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. 4.3. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

Returns, refunds and guarantees Returns, exchanges, refunds and the VitalZen 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. If anything on a product page seems to differ from that policy, the Refund Policy applies.
Subscriptions Where a product is offered as a subscription, the terms in our Subscription Policy also apply.
Safe use 8.1. Home fragrance sprays (fragrance sprays, Earth Blend, Green Life, Hidden Garden) are for use in the air and on fabrics only. Do not spray directly on skin, eyes, face, pets or food. 8.2. VitalZen Natural Spray is a body and pillow mist for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, and do a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Stop using it if irritation occurs. 8.3. Keep all sprays out of reach of children and pets, and use them in well-ventilated areas. 8.4. Before spraying on fabrics, furniture or surfaces, test on a small, hidden area first. MHE is not responsible for stains, discoloration or damage caused by misuse. 8.5. Always follow the instructions on the label and on the product page.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products, or from misuse of the products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Privacy Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and takes effect when published.
