RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
6.1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with local consumer protection regulations.
6.2. The product must be unopened, sealed and in perfect condition, with original packaging intact.
6.3. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or damaged by improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund.
6.4. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of MHE errors or defective products.
6.5. If a product arrives damaged or leaked, please contact us with photos within a reasonable period so we can evaluate the case and offer a suitable solution.

7.2. Do not spray directly on skin, eyes, face, pets or food. Keep away from children and animals. Use only in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhaling the spray directly.
7.3. Before using on fabrics, furniture or surfaces, test in a small, hidden area first. MHE is not responsible for stains, discoloration or damage to surfaces caused by misuse.
7.4. Some people may be more sensitive to fragrances. In case of irritation, discontinue use and ventilate the area.
