SHIPPING POLICY
1. Where we ship
MHE ships to the United States and internationally, wherever carriers and local regulations allow the transport of liquid and spray products.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
3. Delivery time
- United States: 5–10 business days after your order ships.
- International: 7–20 business days after your order ships.
Delivery estimates shown on product pages are calculated from these timeframes and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping costs
- Free shipping on your first order. The free shipping is applied at checkout on your first order with MHE.
- For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method you choose.
5. Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carriers, customs and events outside our control can occasionally cause delays. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your package seems lost, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@mheformula.com with your order number and we'll help you resolve it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
