REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you buy from MHE. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed on mheformula.com.

1. VitalZen 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

VitalZen Natural Spray comes with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If VitalZen isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund 100% of the price you paid for your VitalZen order — even if the bottle has been opened and used.

  • Email support@mheformula.com with your order number and a short note on why it didn't work for you.
  • We may ask you to send back any remaining product. If so, we'll reply with return instructions before you ship anything.
  • The guarantee applies to VitalZen purchased directly on mheformula.com, once per customer.

2. Returns for all other products (7 days)

For every other product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery:

  • Home fragrances and sprays (fragrance sprays, Earth Blend, Green Life, Hidden Garden): must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
  • Activewear (fitness tanks and training shirts): must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging. Size exchanges are welcome, subject to availability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used home fragrance products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email support@mheformula.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for our return instructions and address — returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your VitalZen guarantee claim is approved), we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
